CMS Hospitality, a global provider of software solutions to the hospitality industry has joined forces with Payment Express to create a fast and efficient payment gateway solution for the GuestCentrix Property Management Solution.
The integration allows hotels and hostels to connect the GuestCentrix PMS with Payment Express. This ensures that cashier staff on the front desk no longer have to enter payment data into the GuestCentrix PMS and manually enter the same payment data into their payment terminals. GuestCentrix PMS now automatically communicates with the payment device, removing any errors for incorrect payment amounts.
Once payment has been confirmed by the property financial acquirer (and this happens in a few seconds) the payment is accepted in the PMS. The guest folio then becomes the credit card payment advice, removing the need for separate thermal credit card paper.
