Harbourside Apartments is a 70 roomed strata title accommodation property located on Sydney’s McMahons Point, offering views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House and of course the world famous Sydney Harbour.
The Challenge:
- The apartments had been managed since opening using a bespoke built, and somewhat legacy, PMS and Trust Accounting system
- Needed a more feature rich and mature solution
- To grow business grow further and into the future
- To help them to become more efficient in their business operation

- Enabling a fully audited booking system via the PMS

- Business Intelligence with more than 200 reports
- More control and accessible data about the business
The CMS Hospitality development team made some minor enhancements to GuestCentrix Trust Accounting as a result of this deployment, allowing the management to be able to vary the expenses on owner accounts based on the revenue accrued during the month in the various apartments.
Finally, giving the apartment complex the ability to review all of their historical data at the click of a mouse has been the icing on the cake on top of the implementation.
