CMS Hospitality are delighted to announce the promotion of James Tintinger to Director of Operations. James has worked here at CMS Hospitality for more than 8 years. Starting his career with CMS in our South Africa office, James moved to our Australia based head office as Key Account Manager more than 7 years ago.
Whilst James moved into a Support Managers role for a short time, he was promoted to the role of Operations Manager in 2012. Since that time he has been essential to our team – driving our internal IT projects including a new support ticketing system, moving key essential services from locally configured servers into modern cloud delivered services, James ensures the entire team has the resources available to provide first class support services.
James also manages several of our large key group clients, as well as works closely with both the sales team and product development team to ensure the GuestCentrix software solutions are kept up to date, and constantly adding new features and functionality.
The Director of Operations role will see James continue to provide these services, both mentoring our UK and Australian support teams, all the while managing installations of new GuestCentrix deployments working closely with our Installations Co-Ordinator.
