2. Email notifications for configurable events

The GuestCentrix WIM can now be configured to send email notifications for specific events. This could include failed bookings, inventory messages, high booking thresholds and low inventory levels.

3. Daily inventory control

This will allow you to hold back rooms and beds, or even oversell rooms and beds online when desired. However you need to use it, managing your inventory will now allow for more flexibility.

4. Enhanced logging

All changes to rates, inventory, stop sells and minimum length of stay are now audited, along with configuration and mapping changes. This enables you to see exactly who committed the change – and when.

5. Floor and ceiling rates

As well trained a hotel team can be, inevitably some mistakes to could happen when applying rates. Fortunately, this new feature is designed to stop users from accidentally entering a rate that is too low or too high by setting ‘floor’ and ‘ceiling’ rates that can’t be breached.
