After 3 to 4 years of dissatisfaction with our old PMS, we had to find a solution which suited our needs. As Scotland’s first and only Football Club Hotel, a modern 4-star property with a state-of-the-art conference centre, our demands are complicated but not dissimilar to many large hotels or catering operations, but trying to find a PMS which fulfilled all of our needs was not easy. After thoroughly researching 6 different systems, GuestCentrix was the obvious choice both for functionality and value for money. There was one other system which had the functionality but was four times the price!

GuestCentrix has great features, and not only does it take a fraction of the time to make a reservation but it helps us to recognise our best customers at a glance, manage our customer relationships better and tracks where our business comes from more accurately. Reporting is extremely important and GuestCentrix has plenty of reports to monitor the business, many of which we had customised to meet our precise needs.
The installation team got to know our business and suggested the appropriate configuration to ensure it was as easy to use and as effective as possible. They communicated with our other suppliers to ensure that all the systems integrate to allow billing of all our services with absolutely no effort on our part.
